Trump: We destroyed everything in Iran
In details, US President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that "almost everything has been destroyed" in Iran, referring to the results of ongoing military strikes.
The commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said that the US military has targeted about 2,000 targets inside Iran since the start of military operations.
Iran declares readiness for long war
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Wednesday said it had imposed "full control" over the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most vital corridors for global oil trade at the entrance to the Gulf.
Fars news agency quoted IRGC naval official Mohammad Akbarzadeh as saying that the strait has become "fully under the control of the IRGC's naval force."
In the same context, Iran's Defense Ministry announced last night that Tehran is ready to fight a long-term war against the United States and Israel, stressing that it has not yet used its most advanced weapons.
French President Emmanuel Macron announced that he had ordered the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle and its accompanying planes and frigates to sail towards the Mediterranean.
Saudi Arabia and Qatar vow to respond
In the Gulf, Saudi Arabia confirmed that it will take "all necessary measures" to protect its security and territory, at a time when Iran continues to target Gulf countries, expanding its attacks to include energy and civilian facilities, amid the continued Israeli and American bombardment inside Iran.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that the Saudi Council of Ministers, headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, met to study the content of the contacts and consultations that took place in the past days on the developments of this regional war and its dangerous repercussions.
In Qatar, the Qatari Foreign Ministry announced in a statement published by the official news agency "QNA", that the country reserves the right to respond appropriately to Iranian attacks at the appropriate time and time, at a time when Iran targeted the US consulate in Dubai and Sunnis were seen to be rising from it.
Lebanon in the eye of the storm
On the Lebanese front, Israel launched night raids targeting buildings in several areas, killing more than a dozen people, while issuing warnings to residents of additional villages in southern Lebanon to evacuate.
According to Israeli media, the occupation army promised a large-scale ground operation in Lebanon, with the aim of eliminating Hezbollah and pro-Iranian leaders in Lebanon, while the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that more than 50 people were killed and hundreds were injured as a result of the occupation's continuous raids on Lebanon so far.
