The Ministry of Finance issues a circular to pay the salaries of military retirees after 2011

Within the framework of the payment of the salaries of retired military personnel after 2011 whose salaries have been suspended since Liberation Day, the Ministry of Finance has published a circular to submit the required documents from those entitled to complete the procedures for repaying their pensions after April 2011

The Ministry of Finance has called on military retirees and their equivalents who were referred to retirement after April 2011, and suspended their pensions since the date of liberation, who are subject to the approved regulations and do not have legal obstacles against them, or whose hands are stained with the blood of Syrians, to visit the branches of the General Organization for Insurance and Pensions with the required documents, as of April 2026, and submit a request for the repayment of the pension according to the approved form.

The Ministry confirmed that the submission of the application must be exclusively by the concerned person personally, and that the disbursement process for the previous months will be carried out in gradual stages to be announced later.
