
Sweden national football team announces its squad for the 2026 World Cup

Graham Potter , the coach of the Swedish national football team, has officially announced his squad for the 2026 World Cup, which saw the presence of the attacking duo of Alexander Isak and Victor Giukiris, in preparation for the upcoming World Cup.
The list witnessed the presence of a number of the most prominent stars of Swedish football, while the absence of Barcelona's Ronnie Bergje was recorded.
Isaac and Jokeris are at the top of the list
According to the announced list, Sweden's attacking line is led by Alexander Isak and Victor Giukiris, after the strong levels they presented during the current season with their European clubs, and the list came in the following formation:

Sweden will compete in Group F, along with the Netherlands and Japan Tunisia teams in one of the strongest groups of the tournament.
The Swedish national team returns to the World Cup finals after missing the last edition, to record its twelfth appearance in the history of its participation in the World Cup.
Sweden has a distinguished record in the tournament, having reached the final in the 1958 edition held at home, and third place in the 1950 and 1994 editions.
