Prisoner exchange between the Syrian government and the SDF begins in Al-Hasakah

The process of releasing prisoners from Syrian government and SDF prisons has begun in the city of Al-Hasakah. 

The first batch of detainees  in the  SDF prisons arrived at the electricity roundabout south of the city of Al-Hasakah, numbering 100 detainees, in preparation for handing them over to the members of the presidential team in charge of following up on the implementation of the  January 29  agreement between the Syrian government and the SDF, and then handing them over to their families.

The first batch of  SDF prisoners  released by the Syrian government also arrived at the same location.
