President Sharia discusses with Fletcher the strengthening of humanitarian coordination in Syria

President Ahmed Al-Sharaa received the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Al-Shaibani.

During the meeting, which was held at the People's Palace in Damascus on Thursday, they discussed the humanitarian conditions in Syria and ways to enhance coordination between the concerned authorities and United Nations organizations, in order to enhance the efficiency of humanitarian work and mitigate the effects of the current challenges.
