
Morocco defeats Madagascar with a clean sheet before travelling to the World Cup

The Moroccan national team swept the net of its Madagascar counterpart with four goals for nothing, in the friendly match that brought them together, on Tuesday evening, June 2nd, at the Prince Moulay Abdallah Stadium in the capital, Rabat.
This clash comes as part of a preparatory program for the "Atlas Lions" in preparation for participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals, which are scheduled to be held in the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19.
The goals of the Moroccan national team were scored by striker Ismail Sibari, who signed an early double in the 3rd and 24th minutes, before winger Sofiane Rahimi added the third goal from a penalty kick in the 78th minute.
Striker Ayoub Kaabi concluded the Moroccan national team's quartet with a fourth goal in the 87th minute, confirming the superiority of the hosts in the match.
Morocco will begin its campaign in the 2026 World Cup in Group C against Brazil, before meeting Scotland and Haiti.

The Belgian national team achieved a well-deserved friendly victory at the expense of its host, the Croatian national team, after beating it by two goals for nothing, in the meeting that brought them together on Tuesday evening as part of the preparations for the 2026 World Cup finals, which is expected to start on the 11th of this month in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Belgium opened the scoring through midfielder Youri Tielemans in the 38th minute, before veteran striker Romelu Lukaku confirmed his strong return from injury, scoring the second goal in the sixth minute of stoppage time (90+6).
The Belgian national team is participating in the World Cup competitions in Group G, along with Egypt, New Zealand and Iran.
Croatia, on the other hand, are playing in Group 12, which also includes England, Ghana and Panama.
