
Minister of Education Discusses the Educational Situation in Raqqa Governorate with Teachers

Minister of Education, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman Turko, met today with a number of teachers from Raqqa Governorate to discuss several issues and topics of concern to teachers and the progress of the educational process.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry building, Turko listened to the teachers' demands and observations, emphasizing the Ministry's commitment to supporting educational staff, appreciating their efforts, and cooperating with them to improve the educational work environment, which will positively impact the level of education and students.
He affirmed the Ministry of Education's commitment to supporting educational staff and appreciating their efforts in the educational process, noting that current employees will remain in their positions, while those who were dismissed will be reinstated to the nearest school, in accordance with a Ministry decision, to ensure the continuity of the educational process.
Turko stressed the issue of temporary teaching positions and working hours, explaining that these are determined based on actual need and the teachers' educational qualifications.
