
Israeli escalation in Gaza and the West Bank... 3 people from one family were killed in Nuseirat

On Sunday, May 24, 5 Palestinians, including 3 from one family, were killed and others were injured in Israeli shelling targeting the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement and the ongoing escalation in the Gaza Strip.
A security source in Gaza explained that the Israeli army targeted with two missiles an apartment housing dozens of displaced people, killing a man, his wife and their child, after directly targeting the apartment they were in, according to the Palestinian News Agency.
The warplanes also carried out a raid in Deir al-Balah that caused widespread fires and material damage in the vicinity of Jaffa Hospital, amid the continuation of artillery shelling and bombing operations in various areas of the Gaza Strip, especially northeast of Khan Younis and the eastern areas of Gaza City.
5 Palestinian Police Officers Killed
Eight Palestinians have been killed in Gaza and the West Bank since dawn on Saturday, including five policemen as a result of Israeli shelling targeting their site in the northern Gaza Strip, in addition to others killed in the Netzarim area and various locations.
In the West Bank, Israeli forces carried out a large-scale campaign of incursions and raids last night and early today, affecting several cities and towns, including shooting, stun grenades and lighthouses, in addition to arrests and destruction of property.
Large-scale incursions into the West Bank
The occupation forces raided Al-Naqar neighborhood, Jenin Tulkarem, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, in addition to the northern Jordan Valley and Bethlehem, where they arrested a 16-year-old girl in the town of Tammun, and fired stun grenades and flares, which resulted in the injury of a child with bullet fragments.
The Ministry of Health announced the arrival of eight dead and29 injuries in 48 hours, raising the death toll since the start of the ceasefire agreement to 890 dead and2677 wounded, while the cumulative toll since the start of the war reached 72,783 dead and172,779 injuries.
