ISIS cell arrested in Deir Ezzor

 The Internal Security Forces in Deir Ezzor province managed to arrest a terrorist cell affiliated with the "Dae*sh" organization.

 Colonel Dirar al-Shamlan, the province's internal security chief, said the cell "was planning major sabotage operations and targeting civilians with improvised explosive devices and mines".

Al-Shamlan did not mention the details of the operation that led to the arrest of this cell, describing it only as a "qualitative operation"
