A number of singing stars in Lebanon have decided to suspend their artistic activities in the coming period, due to the current situation and the escalating developments witnessed in the country and a number of countries in the region.

Lebanese artist Majida Roumi was one of the first artists to take this position, as she announced the suspension of all her artistic engagements and the postponement of her concerts inside and outside Lebanon, in light of the difficult conditions the country is going through as a result of military escalation and raids.
In a touching message, she expressed her position, saying, "We sing in it and mothers are looking for their children," referring to the painful humanitarian situation that the Lebanese are currently living in.

According to the newspaper Okaz Al-Sauda, Lebanese artist Wael Jassar announced a temporary halt to his artistic activity and the revival of concerts, expressing his impact on the difficult conditions that Lebanon and various countries of the Arab world are going through, stressing that his decision comes out of respect for these conditions until the situation improves.
Postpone an album
A source close to Lebanese star Ragheb Allama said in press statements that the final release date of his new album has been postponed, pointing out that the album will be released if conditions improve or if the crisis continues.

Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram suspended all her artistic activities for one month initially, including concerts and the release of a number of songs, in a temporary decision of solidarity, until the situation in Lebanon stabilizes and calm returns.
