American strikes on Goruk and Qeshm.. and Iran bombs a Kuwaiti air base

The US Central Command announced on Monday, June 1, that it had carried out defensive strikes targeting radars and command and control positions of drones in Goruk and Qeshm, Iran.
The strikes were carried out on Saturday and Sunday in response to Iran's downing of a US drone over international waters, claiming it destroyed air defences, an Iranian ground control station and two drones that posed a threat to navigation.
US Central Command confirmed that there were no casualties or damage among US soldiers as a result of the recent operations.
It stressed that it will continue to protect its assets and interests in the face of what it described as "unprovoked Iranian aggression" during the ceasefire.
Revolutionary Guards target air base in Kuwait
Fars news agency quoted the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as saying that "Iranian forces targeted the air base from which the US army's aggression on Serik Island was launched", after Kuwait announced that it had intercepted missile and drone attacks.
The IRGC added that Iran's response would be "very different" in the event of a repeat of a US attack.
The Kuwait News Agency reported that Kuwait's air defenses repelled "enemy missile and drone attacks on Monday, June 1," and that sirens sounded across the country.
The agency quoted the General Staff of the Army as saying that "the sounds of explosions, if heard, are the result of the interception of air defense systems to hostile attacks," and called on everyone to abide by the security and safety instructions issued by the competent authorities.
Trump: My deal with Iran stipulates that it will not have a nuclear weapon
US President Donald Trump has said that his nuclear deal with Iran clearly states that it will not have a nuclear weapon.
He added that the agreement with Iran is being discussed in minute detail and in detail various other aspects related to the nuclear file, stressing that "most of the agreement is centered on the nuclear file."
Araqchi: Talks with Washington are still ongoing
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said on Sunday that talks and exchange of messages between his country and the United States are still ongoing.
This came in a statement made by Araqchi to Iranian state television, in which he provided assessments of the ongoing diplomatic contacts with the Washington administration, stressing that no final or final judgment can be made on them until clear and concrete results are reached.
On Saturday, US President Donald Trump said the United States and Iran were close to a "good deal", claiming that his only demand was that Iran should not have a nuclear weapon, and that Tehran had agreed to it.
Iran announces the downing of a US drone over its territorial waters
Iran announced the downing of an armed US military MQ-1 Predator drone over Iranian territorial waters, according to a statement issued by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps on Sunday evening.
"A US drone entered the airspace over Iranian territorial waters at dawn on Sunday with the aim of carrying out a hostile operation," the statement said.
"The IRGC's modern air defense systems spotted the plane and were able to shoot it down," he added, warning that "any hostile action will be met with a firm response," and there was no immediate comment from the US side on the IRGC's statement.
It is worth mentioning that on February 28, the United States and Israel began a war against Iran, which responded with attacks on Israel and what it said were "American interests" in Arab countries, before reaching a temporary ceasefire on April 8.
On May 23, Trump completed the negotiation of most of the terms of the agreement with Tehran, while the final arrangements remain under completion with Iran and countries in the Middle East, provided that the agreement includes the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, among other items.
